Loaded 7-Layer Dip




This loaded 7-layer dip is perfect for a Super Bowl snack, parties, or events.  This dip tastes delicious with scooped tortilla chips, blue chips, or just by itself. If you have leftovers, it is important to cover and refrigerate them.

  • 1 Tin foil tray 11x9
  • 1 lb ground beef 93% Lean and 7% Fat
  • 1 packet Beef flavor bouillon
  • 1 packet Goya sazon
  • Onion Powder
  • Goya Adobo All-purpose seasoning
  • 2 Avocado Smashed
  • 2 cups Sour Cream light
  • 1 16 oz Mild Salsa sauce
  • 1 can Dice black olives
  • 1 Lrg Tomato Diced
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella and cheddar style


  • Season beef with sazon, beef bouillon, sprinkled adobo and onion powder
  • Cook beef on skillet
  • Place beef in the tin foil tray
  • In a new skillet eat up refried beans
  • Layer refried beans on top of beef
  • Mash avocado and layer on top of refried beans followed by, salsa, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, and black olives
  • Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • Serve and enjoy
